INTRODUCTION

Meetr is a recruitment and applicant processing web app for SMEs. It posts jobs across multiple job boards and social sites with the click of a button, then automatically tests and interviews through video recording potential new recruits. It allows recruiters to easily filter, review and create notes about candidates. See more

SCOPE OF WORK

My role on this project was to revamp the design, deliver high quality mockups and prototypes for all the new features of the product. I was also responsible for coding the front end and supplying marketing assets, such as email templates, blog, videos and infographics.

DESIGN

I designed a new brand identity which focussed on increasing the rate of application process completion. Customers loved its simplicity and the concise journey to apply for a job through online tests and a video interview. I created a web experience that balances aesthetics and usability, keeping the website layout clean and simple.

DEVELOPMENT

When I joined the team one of my first tasks was to redesign the front-end for the whole web app and rebuild the admin panel. The programming languages I used were HTML, CSS and Vanilla JavaScript. Two main aspects of my work on meetr were the development of SVG animations using GSAP to show certain features of the product and also, the creation of a WordPress theme made from scratch to give some advice to recruiters. All assets were fully responsive for an optimal display on tablets, laptops and desktops.
